• 2 × free-range chicken thigh fillets, marinated with lemon, oregano and garlic
• 2 × gourmet sausages: choice of beef, pork & fennel, or chicken
• Lemon and oregano-grilled halloumi

• Baby potato salad with lemon, Dijon mustard, shallots and fresh herbs
• Miso charred corn
• House-made salsa verde
• Sea salt flakes, cracked black pepper, olive oil, mustard
