• 4 × rosemary and garlic-marinated lamb cutlets,
• Lemon and oregano-grilled halloumi, delicately charred and savoury

• Oven-ready mac and cheese, luxuriously baked with mature cheddar and aged Parmigiano reggiano. 
• Green bean, rocket and fresh herb salad
• Balsamic vinaigrette  bottled separately
• House-made salsa verde
• Sea salt flakes and freshly cracked black pepper, olive oil

Simply warm the mac and cheese, grill the meats and halloumi to your liking, then finish with a light dressing of the salad.
