Polpette in Sugo

Tender, full-flavoured meatballs simmered slowly in a rich tomato sugo. Hand rolled using a guarded family recipe with a balanced blend of pork and beef, fresh herbs and parmesan. A melt-in-the-mouth accompaniment to serve with your favourite pasta or, as Italians do, with crusty bread to mop up every last spoonful of sauce.
