Slices of grilled eggplant are layered with rich, basil infused tomato sugo, prosciutto cotto, boiled egg, mozzarella and parmesan. It is then slow baked until the top is deliciously caramelised. Enjoy as a stand alone dish with a fresh green salad or on the side.
